Warranty Terms and Conditions (T&C) 1. Coverage • Duration: Used Tested: 3 Months / Refurbished: 12 Months / Brand New: 12 Months (Duration of warranty is Item specific) • What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage / Any performance parts (unless told otherwise) / Damage caused by the vehicle (Eg. Bad Fuel, Other Faulty Parts etc) / Misuse (eg. installed in incorrect vehicle, etc) / Incorrectly installed
2. Repair or Replacement • Repair/Replacement Process: If you suspect the part/s are defective, we need the part/s back to us (out of the vehicle) to test. If after testing we determine the part/s are not defective, the test fees will be your responsibility, and the part/s will not be released back to the you until the balance is paid. If the part is faulty you will have the option of a replacement part (Of the same value) or a refund. • Parts & Labour: Labour to install and/or remove parts, is not covered under any circumstances by the warranty on any/all products sold
3. Customer Responsibilities • Proof of Purchase: Requires the original receipt or proof of purchase to claim the warranty. • Proper Usage: You must install into the correct vehicle, using the specific parts and equipment
4. Exclusions • Damage from Accidents/Negligence: Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters are usually not covered. • Third-Party Modifications: If the product is repaired or altered by unauthorized service centres, the warranty may become void.
5. How to Claim • Claim Process: To make a claim you are required to fill out the warranty claims form at https://dieselpartsaustralia.com/pages/warranty-claims and contact us via Phone (08 9308 3555 / 0410670480) or Email (info@dieselpartsaustralia.com) • Shipping Costs: Freight cost will be reimbursed providing the part sent is defective.
