INJECTOR TESTING SERVICES

We are a full testing facility & we offer three levels of injector testing to suit your needs:

Premium Testing Option: This includes Injector testing, cleaning & washers kit for reinstallation. If your injectors fail test and you buy replacement Serviced or Refurbished injectors, you will receive a $20 discount per injector.

WHY SHOULD YOU GET YOUR INJECTORS TESTED?

Continued use of faulty injectors could cause serious engine damage & exhaust system damage, among many other problems.

TESTING YOUR INJECTORS WILL TELL YOU

If an injector is in good or bad condition

What kind of failure it is:

• - Stuck Nozzles
• - Leaking Nozzles
• - Body Failures
• - Blocked

• - Joint Failures
• - Defective Solenoids
• - Defective Crystal (Piezo)

Testing results could indicate the potential causes of failure that may need to be addressed outside of the fuel system, replacing the injectors without fixing the cause of the failure could lead to premature failure of new injectors, which is why proper & accurate testing by a certified mechanic is critical before changing injectors.

REQUIREMENTS/CONDITIONS FOR TESTING INJECTORS

1. All equipment is to be removed from the injector/s prior to them being dropped off/delivered, we hold no responsibility for any damage to any equipment we must remove (E.G Return Lines etc).

2. Leave any O rings and/or washers on the injectors when sending them to us for testing.

3. Testing your Injector/s only guarantees the condition/working order of them at the time of test. This does not guarantee how much life they have left in them, nor how long they will last once they are reinstalled in the car.

4. All injectors must be collected within 30 days from the testing being completed, and you receiving notice of the results.

5. All Injectors that are being installed into any car require a specific and new base washer that we provide in our Premium Testing Option.
